Important news! Switching payment-type!!!

I'm a bit tired of people exiting a the very end of the month after seeing a whole month-worth of content or exiting without paying at all. I'm switching the account to "PRE-PAYED" type.
This will not affect the existing patrons in any way! The payments will continue like they used to be for you!
Here, let me explain. This was the old "Per month" payment:

- You don't pay when you become a patron
- You pay on the 1st of each month for the PREVIOUS month
Ex. You become a patron on January 15th, you pay on February 1st for the January content; on March 1st you pay for February content and so on...
This is the new "Pre-paid" payment:

- You pay when you become a patron for the ongoing month
- You pay on the 1st of each month for this month
Ex. You become a patron on January 15th, you pay right away for the January content; on February 1st you pay for February content and so on...
Again, the existing patrons won't know the difference, since nothing's gonna change for them.
- New patrons will have to pay right away
- You'll need to pay the difference right away when upgrading to a more expensive tier.
- Downgrading tiers doesn't return the difference!!!
I'm not switching right away! But I'm going to do so as the month goes by. If you have any comments/thought/suggestion on the subject, please let me know before I take action!

2016-10-03 16:11:29 +0000 UTCno no! If you want to go on a hiatus all you need to do is revert back to a "patron" yourself, instead of a "creator". You can then simply undo the change as soon as you come back from a hiatus.
