Nope, no copyright issue with Moon Walk, Sanji just named his move something else. Also Sanji says the name of his move in English, while CP9 says theirs in Japanese: "Geppo"

I'm not sure if they're meant to symbolize gods or anything but I wouldn't put it past Oda to do something like that. My pics would be: Luffy - Monkey God Sun Wukong, which is what he's actually based off of, same as Goku. Zoro - Asura, which is where his 3 headed 9 sword attack gets it's name. Robin - Whichever goddess has all the arms and stuff, is it Shiva? Usopp - Some Norse god because he always seems to get associated with Elbaph in the story. Nami - I can't really place her, could be Zeus though. Brook - A god of death or a god of music, are there any gods of both death and music? If there are then definitely that one. Sanji - A god of food, or love/lust, maybe Dionysus or something. Chopper - Some god of medicine probably. Franky - Pretty hard to pin down.
