2025-12-22 13:26:25 +0000 UTCOnce again the standouts for me this week were Get a Grip, Mr. Thee, which is transcending its genre(s) and Burnout, which is creating its own genre. I love cheeky Rome, unhinged Thee and the calm and steady Peach and Mok. Doing very well with modest budgets are School Trip, Thundercloud, and Head2Head which go to show that thoughtful writing and acting are more important than scenery and NC (no shade on scenery and NC). To My Shore is starting to descend into torture porn but I'm sticking with it. Dare you to Death had a great start. I don't know about Asia (does anyone have intel on this?) but Heated Rivalry is taking the western world by storm and it's really fun to watch.
