This year, thanks to cult puffin Tom, I was able to delve into the most quintessential of haunted house tales in the form of 'The Haunting of Hill House' by American novelist Shirley Jackson.

I have never read this book before so I was going into it blind so I wasn't sure what to expect but that ending was so good lol. I also liked lymp's reading of it her voice was so calm and soothing so good job on this reading I cant imagine how long it must have took to read the whole thing.

I listened to it from start to finish and what a comforting sound it was in my ear ‘oles (despite the disconcerting content) I can’t believe I’ve never read this book and it was a pleasure listening to it narrated by Lymp’s calming tones. Thanks for the Hallowe’en treat! 💙💙
