I can't believe it's still circulating tbh... The girl in the video was just a normal army chosen by MBC to represent BTS fans for ISAC in 2016. They chose reps for all the fandoms for the event since the opening theme of the competition was "hand in hand," like idols standing together with their fans

It was such a heartwarming moment and watching it is a must! 🥹 And what makes this even more special is the fact BTS was helping this much when the group itself was going through it financially as well. Not many artist do things like that, not even when they have all the money. It’s the fact they are so famous now and they are still doing things like that no matter if the cameras are on or off! For example, of course Yoongi funding a major autism treatment center in Seoul and being a teacher for months, and all the BTS members doing crazy significant donations for people and animals in need over the years and of course building on their history of large-scale philanthropy with UNICEF and supporting organizations like Black Lives Matter. Let me mention some of their contributions and achievements in 2025 alone: • J-Hope (₩400M) – ₩100M to Hope Bridge for Jeju Air crash victims’ families – ₩200M to Asan Medical Center Children’s Hospital** (birthday donation) – ₩100M to Hope Bridge for wildfire relief • Jin (₩200M + volunteering) – ₩100M to Asan Medical Center Children’s Hospital (Children’s Day) – ₩100M to Korea University Medical Center (rare & intractable diseases) – Volunteered serving meals to wildfire evacuees, firefighters & volunteers. (People only funded out he was there just because one News channels went there and showed him and others serving meals. Everyone was like WAIT is that Jin?? 😭) • SUGA / Yoongi (₩5.1B + volunteering) – ₩100M to the Korean Red Cross for wildfire relief – ₩5B to Yonsei Severance Hospital to establish the Min Yoongi Treatment Center for autism + direct volunteering (Teacher Min 💜) • RM (₩200M) – ₩100M to Asan Medical Center – ₩100M to Korea University Medical Center • Jimin (₩200M) – ₩100M for wildfire relief in the Gyeongbuk region – ₩100M in scholarships for students via Jeonbuk Provincial Office of Education • Taehyung (₩200M) – ₩200M to the Korean Red Cross for wildfire evacuees & firefighter support • Jungkook (₩1B) – ₩1B to Hope Bridge for wildfire victims & firefighter support That’s over ₩7.5B (~$5.4M USD) in reported donations in 2025. The fact that bts since 2020 as solos and group donated +5.4M USD for multiple charities & hospitals and other purposes that’s more than other celebrities networth😭 Not to mention most bts donations are private and anonymous so we probably don’t know a lot of them. Btw this was a research than Armys did and just counted till 2020 because they literally got tired because there’s a lot of donations each year 😭 Add to that, this month BTS received the prestigious Presidential Commendation at the Korea Good Donation Awards for their enduring UNICEF "LOVE MYSELF" campaign, recognizing their massive contributions to child protection, mental health, and violence prevention globally, with fans raising over 9.2 billion KRW for UNICEF! Many working in and out of the entertainment and music industry have shared their experiences and it’s so sweet. That final clip of Jungkook jumping to meet that disabled Army stresses me out so much because why many armys around him started literally running towards him? It was so dangerous 😭 I get the excitement but come on! the bodyguards or security were stressing out so much too 😭.

But I also feel sorry for the security guards 😅 He had everyone panicking with this really sweet gesture 💜 Our boys are so sweet and gentle 💜 and they genuinely care about people one of the many reasons why we love them so much 💜
