I don't think anyone else answered you on this, so shameless info dumping here re: Jimin making that crazy noise ~48:50!!!: I think he and Namjoon were briefly talking about 2 different things. They had just been talking about vocal technique, so when Namjoon mentions Blood Sweat and Tears, Jimin thinks Namjoon is talking about how Jimin first used his iconic whispery/moaning style of singing in that song (think of the first few lines that Jimin sings in Blood Sweat and Tears). That's why Jimin says, 'that's when it started'--meaning that song is when Jimin first started using that style of singing that later became hard for him to maintain. But Namjoon wasn't actually talking about Jimin's style of singing. He was beginning to say that Jimin had a real breakout moment during Blood Sweat and Tears (because Jimin's part went super viral at the time) and Jimin should remember that when he feels less confident performing alone.
