Blue & Grey was such a really comforting song and life savior to me when it came out! I remember being so sad and anxious and keeping it to myself and this whole song made me feel so understood! I cried a lot but Y vented all my emotions. like Jimin said "Don’t say you’re okay because you aren’t". The live performances are so beautiful. All the member's voices shine so much and the harmonies are everything! The lyrics are so poetic as well. This song hits me so hard knowing that it was Taehyung's song at the beginning and he was going through a hard time. Peachy idk if you have noticed this in previous compilations, but in several Run BTS episodes Taehyung closes his eyes and waits to take a decision in games. In those moments he's actually asking to his guardian angels! the members kind of make fun of this a lot lol but Taetae has highlighted his belief in their presence and comfort. 💜 This is why I literally cried with the first Blue & Grey line "Where's my angel?" 😭 My assumption was right after they shared a BE album interview! Taehyung said "Every time when I’m thinking about something or have to make a decision, I picture this imaginary being of an angel. I close my eyes and start thinking, and I was doing that at the time too in hopes that this angel will soon listen to my feelings. But the angel wasn’t listening, so I asked, ‘Where is my angel?’ and that kind of felt good." 🥺💜
