-Penulisa and Triyia now fires in interruptible burst, ACX is given higher flux to fire and both guns have dps visible as well.
-Medlav and Ivory weapon flux swapped just to see if it works better.
-fixed a rare crash in randomized sector, reported by a patron.
-Rillaru(SP) given slightly better supply/rec and supply/deployment cost.
