It was the summer of 2015. We were young, we were over-heated ( I assume), and for one night, we stopped everything and tuned into twitter as DeAndre Jordan's ...captors?... convinced him to renege on the verbal deal he made with Mark Cuban and the Dallas Mavericks. It was a move that shocked, angered, and changed the way NBA free agency would work for the rest of time.
