We've had a great time over the last couple months taking a break from the Munsters and spending time in Turkey with the Creature mini-series. But now that we've completed that series, we're excited to dig back into the Munsters. However, we couldn't decide how we wanted to handle it. We love the classic run, and have been away from America's first monster family for a good long while, but we were also really pleasantly surprised with the quality of The Munsters Today. SO, we've decided to alternate. We'll have one more Halloween special next week (even though Halloween will actually be over by then), and then we're going to get back into the Munsters. We plan to do a pair of classic Munsters episodes once a month, and a pair of Munsters Today episodes once a month. The alternating weeks will still be a mix of whatever other Frankensteinia we stumble across, so it won't be all Munsters all the time. So join us next week for "The Halloween That Almost Wasn't" and then the week after, we'll kick off season two of The Munsters, with "Herman's Child Psychology" and "Herman, the Master Spy"!
