Added 2024-04-18 15:37:11 +0000 UTCSo on the GoPro 10 there is a record button. if you press it, it starts recording. But if you press it longer than 2 seconds it starts recording a timelapse.
They know this is an idiotic feature because many people messed up their footage with this stupid feature and in the new GoPro Cameras this has been corrected. Now have they released a firmware update for older GoPro cameras? Of course not. #$%! you for that, Gopro.
End of Rant.
Here is a video that got messed up thanks to this stupid technology. I thought I#ll show you anyway. Also I tried to rescue it with Topaz Video AI but it didn't work. I'll show you both versions, let me know which you enjoyed more :)
Have a great week. Luckily this was the only accident I had for a Patreon video with this feature so far. So the next videos will be proper quality again.

I see what you mean when you say it’s not the way you intended it but from a different perspective it kinda gives the video a soul. It’s artsy. Even if it was on accident. Sure, it’s not how it was supposed to be but one could argue that a montage of both segments could create a very interesting scene.
