Its a black comedy with Joaquin Phoenix about a soldier stationed in 1989 West Germany running a black market drug ring out of the barracks. Has a scene where they drive an Abrams over a VW Bug while high. The studio bought the distribution rights to it on September 10th 2001 and then had to sit on it for years before finally releasing it with basically no marketing because they were so worried about getting Dixie Chicked for disrespecting the troops.
