Well... to be a little more fair about Russian counter-terror (often read: liquidation) initiatives. It's not so much 'Georgia' that's been the problem but the little pocket of terror and criminal potential known as Pankisi-stan. And aside from that... Kavkaz Center has a pretty decent messaging team, the articles you can see easily in English are catered for American and assorted international audiences, in the grain of please gib monies and levy sanctions, Rusnya is giant bloodthirsty evil, all we want is freedom like you, yay democracy. In Russian and Arabic collections there is usually more in the line of Emarat and then Wilayat Kavkaz.. Depends on timeline, latest assassination, allegiances, etc., they're pretty fluid, with interesting angles for history write-ups and combat perspectives.
