I've worked in extremely diverse environments and found the same thing that you did, that the lived experiences of my coworkers from many countries and tribal groups were completely ignored or misrepresented in the media. It was why I went into applied anthropology when I returned to school. How can you have any sort of common cause with others when you don't know what is needed or desired? Otherwise every attempt to "help" or "boost" easily slides into an imperialistic tendency even without that as a motive. I really appreciate your effort to help make Armenia relatable to us. It's one of many countries discounted in our society.

I hope we'll still get some history from time to time but I'm pretty stoked to hear about Armenia from the people who live there!
