I am a sword guy, and while two-handed swords are not excessively heavy (around 3-4kg if done properly, which I imagine compares pretty well to equipment of the period?), they are a proper pain in the arse to carry around.

I'm almost as entertained by his varied esoteric hobbies as by the sword waving. I just want to be a 60 year old dude good at a bunch of random shit one day.

As a member of the legion I feel obliged to share a song my old punk band The Hex Bombs wrote about Mad Jack. It was an acoustic B-side on an EP, we originally planned to record a full band version but it never materialized. anyway feel free to use this as you will. Ahoy!
