Charge Up Front is in fact unavailable to me. And it looks like I will be relying on commissions for 80% of my income until the Patreon regenerates, and even then, since I can't do charge up front it will still be unreliable. And who knows when commissions will run out. Either way, you can find commission info here:

Another option that a lot of creators choose is to send their work to patrons at the end of each month once payment has gone through.
