Another Fluffy Folio collaboration: The Jeweled Tick

The jeweled tick is a cat-sized tick that feeds on dragonblood; too big and bright to be sneaky, they've found their niche in being beautiful and friendly enough that dragons adopt them as treasure/pets, voluntarily feeding them blood to keep them healthy and vibrant.
