HFGR v0.5.5 Release Notes
Added 2019-05-21 04:17:58 +0000 UTCThe gameplay was in a bad state and so I worked on it for this release. Still need to add in a few more gameplay mechanics such as like a dating mini game and possibly scheduling your employees.
-The game starts in full screen now.
-Aria has been added. She can be found on the beach and can be hired for $5 patrons. She has no dialogue for when she is working.
-2, 4, 6, and 8 hour options are now available again for when you press the "Work" button.
-Back buttons have been added and smoother transitions between UI menus have been improved.
-Back Arrow disappears now when dragging an employee icon to a different restaurant in the laptop transferring menu. Before, you could drag an employee and then click on the back arrow with the employee icon following the cursor permanently.
-Changed Work Performance, Loyalty, and Sex levels from 5 to 10.
-Increased work performance EXP, loyalty EXP, and sex EXP gains.
-Decreased the amount of work performance EXP, loyalty EXP, and sex EXP needed to level up. Also for each level, the needed EXP growth has been decreased by a lot to accommodate for increasing the level caps to 10.
-Cheat button to bring Aria up to level 10 added.
-Raise/Promote now works a lot better. Each time your employee's work performance levels up, you will be able to give her 1 raise, or 1 promotion and 1 raise. I have fixed not being able to give your employees promotions for when you cheat her to level 10.
-Save/Load works better, before some things weren't being saved/loaded.
-Promotions are now: Worker -> Team Lead -> Assistant Manager.
Before it was: Worker -> Assistant Manager -> General Manager.
-Promoting your employees gives them an additional 2 maximum work hours. The maximum is 8 hours at Worker, 10 hours at Team Lead, and 12 hours at Assistant Manager.
-Low fed will decrease maximum energy, happiness, and fed. Occurring at 25 fed or less and 50 fed or less. If she has 25 fed or less, she will lose 60 maximum energy, happiness, and fed. If she has 50 fed or less, she will lose 30 maximum energy, happiness and fed.
-Low happiness decreases the maximum workable hours for the employee. Occurring at 25 happiness or less and 50 happiness or less. At 25 happiness, she will lose 6 maximum hours, and at 50 happiness she will lose 4 maximum hours. (I might change it to 4 and 2 instead of 6 and 4 later.)
-Some text placement corrections for Safiya's sex scenes.
-Main map UI corrections for maximum energy, maximum happiness, and maximum fed for when you mouse over one of your restaurants with a character working there.
-Some code modularization.
The help menu hasn't been updated yet as I forgot to do so. I also haven't balanced the customer and customer satisfaction gains yet (because the level cap has been raised to 10 now for work performance).
