Pokemon Style (1 vs 1. At least 4 abilities to use for each animal girl. Animal girls can delete and learn different abilities Pokemon style from level up, through items, and etc.)
Card Style (1 vs 1 or 3 vs 3. Have a deck of cards containing attack cards, special attack cards, energy/mana cards used to fuel attacks or defense, chain or fuse cards to do a bigger effect or use multiple cards at once.)
Final Fantasy or Legend of the Dragoon Style (3 vs 3. Attack, Defend, Special Attacks/Magic, Items, flee, transform. Press Z, X, and C at slash/attack moments from your animal girl in order to continue with the combo to do more damage.) (I don't know a whole lot about the Final Fantasy combat style. I have played Legend of the Dragoon and know what the combat for that is like and so I don't think it is too different from the Final Fantasy's combat, I think? I looked up videos on FF7's combat and they looked similar to LOTD.)
