How Often Should I Release New Updates For My Games?

How often would you like an up-to-date version of any of my games? Currently, I release an up-to-date version every 1st of every month.
What do you guys think?
Note that the sooner an update comes out, the less impactful it may feel because releasing sooner will have less content but you receive updates sooner in return.
