It was starting to sag, and she wanted a change before she and Daddy went out to dinner.

“B-But I need a change!”
“No, you don’t. I can still see some dry padding back there, and you know I won’t change you until you’ve soaked every last square inch of it!” He got off of the couch and took her by the hand. “Now let’s go get you changed into that short dress you like, and if you need a diaper change, we can do it at the restaurant. Do you really think you’d be able to keep your seat dry if I let you wear panties again?” he asked, silence meeting his question. “Yeah, I didn’t think so. I’ll place an order for another case of diapers for you tonight, then I’m going to throw away your panties. You won’t be needing them anymore!”
