(I'm joking, I promise there will be no time travel in Katalepsis.)

Ohohoho! Indeed. The Lillies appear to be parts of Twil, parts of her own mind, perhaps even something that's been with her all along. But they seem aware that they're in a dream or a play, which is ... odd, right? (Also, very glad you enjoyed the chapter!)
