2:08 yes Rod turned into a slug titan because he didn't "drink" all the serum. Also, Kenny was ready to kill Levi in earlier episodes. Kenny is just now having a change of heart on his death bed and not getting what he wanted.

For me the biggest ones are where Uri clasps his hand promising to free humanity, and where Frieda vows to him that she won't lose to her ancestors' ghosts. He watched 2 strong, passionate family members succumb to the will of the first king and he despairs, in the end worshiping that will as a god.

The face and abdomen are missing due to him crawling and basically just having those parts of his body scraped off while he crawled if that makes sense.
