VarioVare ver. 15 release (+ Android build!)

And first release of Android build!
Game now should properly work on any windows-based device with touch support. I tested it on my GPDWin2, works perfectly. Steamdeck should have no problem I assume. I am not so sure about Android build, it had some weird issues I've never seen in normal builds. I've fixed all that I could test but the only device with Android I have is Anbernic RG353M and I can't guarantee it would work on other devices. On the side note I was surprised myself that it was normally playable on tiny 640x480 screen. The only issue left is weird freeze at the very start of new playing session with no problems after. I still can't figure out why is it happens.
