I’ve read your feedback and I get the complaints about the polls. It’s almost impossible for niche characters to win against the really popular ones, and honestly, there’s no easy fix. Even if I banned the big series, the 2nd or 3rd tier ones would probably still take the win.
Feel free to drop some comments with ideas on how I should handle these polls in the future!

Maybe have the polls as a list of characters, then pick a random one that way all characters would have an equal chance.

2025-10-04 16:46:20 +0000 UTCThanks for the feedback! Those series are banned for different reasons (mainly DMCA). I agree though, there doesn’t seem to be an easy solution to this problem. Maybe the solution is to replace the whole thing with something different...

2025-09-28 09:56:27 +0000 UTCI don't think anything can be done. In polls, the most popular option always wins. The only solution I can think of is what you're already doing: banning series. I hope the bans are rotated, so it's not always the same series that are banned. On the other hand, the raffles you already hold are another good way of ensuring more variety and preventing the same waifus from always winning. I, at least, really appreciate them.

2025-09-27 14:58:32 +0000 UTCI wrote this in another post as well, but just in case... For example: 1. A character is selected if they get 5 votes or receive 10% of the total votes. 2. The top 3 voted characters are selected.

2025-09-27 13:25:50 +0000 UTCWell, it bothers me too when a character from a famous series wins in the polls. I mean, in my case, how many times have I mentioned Eve from Stellar Blade or Kilmaria, and when I ignore a character, if they're popular, I still end up losing to a more popular one. It even happened to me with Mayuri, although the first time it was a wheel shot when I put her on and lost to a One Piece character. And as they say, you have to fight popular character against popular character.
