Over the years (can’t believe it’s already been 2 years since I started this AI journey!), I’ve posted tons of stuff on different platforms. I’m really happy that people enjoy and share my work, but sadly, a lot of it gets shared without credit or even worse, with others pretending it’s their own.
One way to deal with that is watermarking my work. Do I want to? Honestly, not really. It’s extra work, and I already have a lot going on…
But I wanted to hear your thoughts on it. Would you be okay if I added a small watermark to my illustrations? I’m not saying I will, just curious how much you guys would care. Here's an example of what it could look like.

2025-07-13 22:25:01 +0000 UTC-Your reason sounds justified ->yet a lot of Patreons that are supporting, to get images without watermarks (Artists who want that have them watermarked in their Public posts like Pixyv and "not" on Patreon ->and upload the version without watermark on Patreon) -Watermarks on or in the Characters are a big "NoNo" in general -the Patreon logo is mostly disrupting as watermark (if used, a lot of Artists use just their Username and/or URL at the bottom or top of the picture or something like that ) ->however thieves can cut/replace them out anyway of the picture (if they have for example Photoshop or fitting Ai Tools for that(if they want to invest for that time))
