Beta Tester tier is now $10
Added 2020-02-23 13:37:41 +0000 UTCJust a quick note that we have updated our Patreon front page to better reflect the current state of things and to put more focus on our current projects, VUEngine Studio and especially Formula V.
If you're interested in Formula V and want to try out the demos, rejoice - we have reduced the Beta Tester tier from $15 to $10 to make it more attractive and affordable. We have also given the other tiers a little overhaul. Here's the most notable:
- Beta Tester tier permanently reduced from $15 to $10.
- From now on, we'll include all of our backers in the credits of our games and other projects, now also including the $1 Backer tier. We also decided to include former patrons in the credits where we see fit.
- To compensate Super Backers, since inclusion in the credits was formerly exclusive to their and above tiers, we plan to deliver exclusive content like development diaries or occasional work-in-progress ROMs.
- We removed the $125 Game Developer tier, since nobody ever made use of our offer to develop games for them or help them therewith.
If you're one of our $15 Beta Tester backers, please manually switch to the new tier, since we cannot actively move you guys over. Thanks!
