SIDE BET- Williams Upset

Nicholsons lead hand becomes a real liability.

It’s rarely in position to defend and he often lacks the defensive responsibility of other layers. On the other hand, Williams has never been 10 rounds and hasn’t had a real pro fight in 4 years. He’s been fighting on TCL Houston which is 1 round. Very very questionable whether he can go 10 taking punches especially with all the weight gain he has had. He also has worse lead hand problems than Nicholson at times. What he does have is a versatile and awkward right hand that he’s been dropping guys with in TCL. Big rear hand punches will likely be land on either side here.

MBILLI VS SULECKI

I haven’t found a fight where Sulecki has dealt with anything near the relentless pressure MBILLI will bring. He hasn’t shown to have the lead hand or quickness to evade such an attack which means he’ll be on the ropes trying to defend bombs for large chunks of the fight while it lasts. It’s likely he gets hit with one or several of those bombs.

Rodriguez has poor technical form (punching and footwork) and poor defensive responsibility. Isn’t on Curiel’s level.

SCHOFIELD VS FARMER

Activity is Schofields ONLY friend. He can’t be patient, he has to be the athletic freak with volume.

Kid isn’t nearly as technically sound as Farmer offensively or defensively.

What looks likely to be a problem for Farmer is Kids 1-2-1 (shell issues and Kid throws it often) also Kids jab trap-left hook (if he can time it right because Farmer consistently drops his right hand throwing his left).

Literally EVERYTHING will be a problem for Kid but especially the variations of rear hands body-head-hook-cross-uppercut from Farmer.

Farmer also has a beard and isn’t easy to hit, especially for a wide and inaccurate puncher. Farmer can knock Kid down but it’s less than likely he can stop him but that means Kids tank will be an issue if he’s in deep waters.

The judges scare me.
