Yes! I thought Atomic Blonde was fantastic! Here's a really cool breakdown the stunt coordinator did of the stairwell fight seen (in case you haven't seen it already). Absolutely phenomenal!

That being said, if this is the worst of the series, they're doing better than a lot of other franchises 😅 When they choose "style" over logic 😂 I didn't know that! That's so cool!!!

And you're right--it would make sense that they had developed actual "silencers" in this world, that's just a pet peeve of mine in movies. They're not actually that "silent" 😅 Definitely an entertaining franchise, and I'm looking forward to 3 and 4 😄

You will enjoy that a lot more I think. One thing I find funny here is that he can do headshots from a distance in dimly lit tunnels but can never see a giant car coming toward him. Also, I love how they brought back Aurelio and that cop Jimmy from the first one. I don't know if you know this but the director was Keanu's stunt guy in the Matrix movies.

2023-05-18 07:37:07 +0000 UTCWell Hii again Jacqui, I think the reason why we see a lot of statues is that they might be representing some sort of a Myth which comes to mind the myth of the underworld of the Continental or John Wick himself. I also find it funny that this world has the silencers on the guns as actually silence guns, they make literally little sounds 😂. The movies are actually entertaining to watch though.
