If anyone hasn't watched this older romance kdrama it's called "Birth of a Beauty" and I recommend it. It's older (2014) so its bit cringe, yet it's hard to not watch because of the plot. Synopsis: After a nearly-fatal accident, a divorced woman undergoes a head-to-toe transformation with help from a wealthy stranger to get revenge on her ex. ... Eventually, it introduces a crime/thriller plot and it talks about body health issues. The female lead is an overweight middle-aged woman who comes to miss her old appearance by the end of the show. It has a good cast as well. If you liked marry my husband you will like this too. I never see anyone talk about this drama so I had to recommend it
