Friendly Fyre: What's next?

I admit, I did not expect this book to be as popular as it has become. I never would have guessed a cozy genderbender, pseudo-kingdom builder, and weird take on a Dungeon Core to receive as well of a reception as it has. I'm blown away!

I am currently finishing the first draft of Kanin Fodder (Kanin book 3) which I need to deliver to Podium soon. The second I finish that book, Fyre Book 2 is next on the slate! In fact, I already have a cover :)

 It's called Fyre Fly.

Because I hadn't expected such a response for this book, the current outline was designed for Fyre to be wrapped up quickly in one more book. However, given its reception, I think I have room to explore more of the ideas I wanted to develop in Fyre's story, and expand into two books, giving Fyre a complete trilogy.

I'll be spending December finishing Kanin and working on the trilogy outline for Fyre. I expect to start writing Fyre Fly (Book 2) in January. I likely won't be posting the first draft on Patreon right away: I like to have time to edit things before I post them on here. Not to mention, Glass Kanin (Book 1 of Knain) will be launching on Amazon mid-January, meaning I will be busy for at least the first couple weeks of January freaking out over that, haha. So if you want to peace out at this point and check back in later to see when I'll start posting Fyre Fly on Patreon, I won't blame you at all.

In the meantime, Nyte in Shining Armor will continue to post at 3 chapters per week, and Kanin Fodder will continue to post at 1 chapter per week.
