Lime, one of Giazeries' sweetest and nicest characters, has no ability to see what an asshole Lan is and of course let the guy just pump him so full of eggnog he couldn't move -- then had the courtesy to leave the poor guy down in the wine cellar.
Of course Kim finds him, but upon questioning it rapidly realizes there's no fucking point in questioning it. Lime is too sweet, and drunk he's even dumber, and he knows his twin is a jerk -- so there's, literally, no point to trying.
