I have to say that I'm really happy that the UI redesign I announced 5 days ago is finished much sooner than I expected and is much more comprehensive than I planned.
The new UI is fully responsive and should look good on large 4K monitors as well as the smallest smartphones. When I say UI, I'm talking about the "outer" interface - not passage content like the computer, for example. There, optimization is still needed to make the experience as good as possible, but that can happen gradually over the next several updates.
Minigames are still not playable on mobile, but I'll deal with that soon by improving the main "AVA resist" minigame and skipping other minigames automatically on mobile (updating them to be mobile-friendly would definitely be the best option, and it's something I would like to do in the future).
I have also added basic sound effects for buttons (an option to disable them will be added soon) and a much better music playback system based on the Howler.js library. With this system in place, there's nothing stopping me from improving the audio side of MindWare further, but it's not really my priority. Still, I'm very happy that the work is done because I personally like the game better now that it has some sounds.

I haven't playtested the game beyond the first few passages yet with the new UI.
If you're interested in giving the new UI a try, then I would really appreciate it if you could share your feedback with me when you discover some visual or even technical bugs.
That way, you can greatly help me iron out any issues that have been created by the UI replacement.

Now that MindWare is accessible even to players who can't or don't want to play it on desktop, I feel much more motivated to work on the story itself. I'm also really happy to see that I've made visible progress in my Twine skills. A year ago, I barely knew how to create a link from one passage to the next. If it wasn't for your support, I wouldn't be where I am now - thank you!
