I've been to a combined rock festival/ demolition derby that was over the course of 3 days. Had 4-5 different stages and a ton of surprisingly big bands, despite it being in the middle of nowhere. Smaller festivals are great when you can stage hop, or get to a stage early to be right up front.

2024-03-22 15:31:57 +0000 UTCI'm based in Edinburgh and went down south and had my first Tebay experience. I couldn't help but remembering Luke rave about it on a previous episode. Southbound is better than northbound, but still great. And everyone should experience the Fringe at least once, it's awesome. But yes, Fringe is not cheap for performers or audiences and it's sad to see how that's affected who can take part and experience it.
