A long time ago I had stumbled across a program called AGS, which lets you make your own crappy Sierra adventure game with bullshit puzzles. (You can also make actually good games in it too, but I digress.) Last night I finally decided to pick the software back up, update it for the first time in about a decade, and do something extremely self-indulgent. Here's what a few hours last night and another hour this morning has gotten me so far. Not too shabby, eh?
I wanna do this some more honestly. I know I was doing the Flash stuff a while. I probably will continue that! But AGS has genuinely grabbed me and I wanna see what I can do with this thing. I'm not looking to make anything too grand, it'll probably just be contained to a room or two at most, but I'm excited to see what comes of this little foray back into the world of unfair 80's computer games.
