Hilda is a bit of an oddball in her social circles. She's a bit stubborn when it comes to computers, and would prefer to pass up reading web pages in favor of reading a good book...or maybe reading a fortune or two, if she has an audience. Some say that Hilda might be a real witch, but Hilda insists that her rituals are just a little show for fun, so stop asking so many prying questions, you buttinski!
The only girl around here stranger than Hilda is Portia, Hilda's upbeat, tech wiz neighbor. In fact, she's so much of a technological genius that she actually worked on her cybernetic prosthetics herself! Portia's tail is fitted with a USB connector so she can update her firmware regularly. Or maybe her prosthetics are just for show. No one is really sure. Either way, Hilda usually has to come crawling to her for help with her computer woes, and Portia takes plenty of pride in rubbing Hilda's nose in it while she fixes her things for the umpteenth time.
