Still focus on World Sharing but some minor updates while you are waiting!

So while we are working on world sharing, I couldn't help myself and made some minor adjustments here and there to the UI, and thought why not cherry pick those changes and update the system for you all now!
- The image library is now ordered by latest file, and also has some better visual feedback for uploading.
- More compact and consistent Icon picker for document add and edit
- Page texture now follows along with content - no more texture-to-content parralax!
- Minor UI styling and animation improvements
- Some new icons!
