Yeah this show has some cook time for sure but the story writing allows for the slow parts to be meaningful. The piano is just *chefs kiss*. Ok so, in the beginning, with the dude behind the tapestry, he was there as Floki's back up if shit was going to go down with Askeladd (blonde dude). BUT Askeladd is also really well versed in war tactics, most likely he knew that there was going to be a lookout somewhere during that conversation. He told Bjorn to either throw that spear as intimidation or because he knew that there was going to be someone there. Mind games so that he would get the information he needed and still have the upper hand. You'll look back on this part and understand the mindset a little more. Thors is one of my favorite characters ever. Just the way he speaks and his outlook on things is just so powerful. Lolol you think AoT had cliff hangers? Be warned.
