Sucks, but it’s fine I guess, doesn’t spoil a whole lot. Lol I did end up seeing her the next episode. Piek!

I was also harboring a multitude of emotions for Reiner as he's such a human character. Can't wait for the next one!

Part of it is definitely the fact we know Eldians over there in Marley are just us, but with different rulers and ways to control us and indoctrination. If Eren or Mikasa or Armin were born on that side of the sea it'd be the same story, if anything being born as an Eldian on our island is/was a blessing compared to the conditions of being Eldian in Marley. We escaped and got to settle on an island and live is blissful ignorance surrounded by our humanity. So seeing our Eldian cousins "do good" is satisfying cuz it's us, just the less fortunate versions of us. Not to mention that Reiner was one of us for a while. We're 9 years passed the walls falling, and we've now seen kid reiner and now adult reiner so it's natural to be like "that's our big split personality trauma bro go get em :,)"
