Comfort

Aged up, start of 5th year. Voldemort realizes the connection between him and Harry earlier than canon. Over the Summer, Dumbledore has Snape teach Harry Occlumency to protect his thoughts. By the time Harry gets to Hogwarts, the mental attacks are a daily occurrence. At night, his sleep is constantly interrupted by horrific visions, and during the day, he’s plagued by headaches caused by the constant effort to keep Voldemort out of his mind.

A couple of weeks into the school year, Hermione finds Harry in a fitful sleep on the common room couch. The moment she tries to gently comfort him, he latches onto her and relaxes. She accidentally falls asleep and wakes up in the morning to find them entwined quite intimately. Despite her initial embarrassment, she’s relieved to learn that Harry has had his first full night's sleep in weeks. Hermione continues to find him on the couch late at night and eventually learns that he’s sleeping there so he doesn’t wake his roommates with his nightly screams.

After this continues for several nights, she eventually goes to McGonagall with a plan and convinces her to let Harry sleep in the girls’ dorm. She even manages to convince Lavender and Parvati to help her. The idea is eventually taken to the headmaster, who agrees.

Slow-ish burn story where Hermione, and later Lavender and Parvati, take turns comforting Harry at night, gradually becoming more adventurous and naughty.

For His Own Good

One shot. Hermione has spent years talking Harry out of bad ideas, although not always successfully. Normally, the situations are life and death, with horrible possible consequences no matter what they decide, but sixth year is different. Harry decides to let Romilda Vane seduce him. Hermione can’t really blame him. He’s a young man full of hormones, after all, but she can see what he can’t. Romilda is the kind of girl who wouldn’t hesitate to use him, even going so far as to get pregnant just to get her hands on his money or completely destroy his reputation if she didn’t get exactly what she wanted. Hermione knows she has to get her away from him, and if Harry wanted sex, that’s just what she’d have to give him. After all, it was for his own good.

Harem with humor. When Luna meets Harry, she can see how desperate he is for simple love and affection, so she sets out to give it to him. How? By building him a harem, of course. After seducing him, which is easier than she expected, she uses the Hogwarts rumor mill to spread the news of his prowess. Before long, girls are lining up to give him a go and unknowingly fall right into Luna’s web.
