Every month (Though I do take breaks from time to time.) we run a contest where you leave me your HP oneshot ideas down below. In about a week, I'll read through all of them and pick the five I want to write. Those five will be put into a poll for everyone to vote on. This is strictly for oneshots - I have too many stories going as it is and many more that I want to start. Make sure your idea is Patreon appropriate. I've noticed simple ideas are better, they leave me more creative license, but more detailed ideas have won in the past, so it's up to you. If you want to remain anonymous, send me your idea in a DM and I'll post it for you with the name removed. Good luck, and be creative.
Before anyone asks, we will be doing another writing contest. I had a lot of fun, and I enjoyed giving back to my amazing supporters. However, it requires a lot more work than I expected, so I think I'll set it for every three or four months. I'm still working out the details, and I post and update when everything is set. Bellatrix decides to swear fealty to Harry and leave Voldemort. Before Harry can trust the ex-death eater, she must prove her fealty; and what better way to find out if the once blood bigoted, pure blood lady is speaking the truth, then have her pleasure a muggleborn for Harry's enjoyment.

Rare Pairing: Harry Potter/Rita Skeeter Premise: During the World Cup Riot, Rita gets cornered by the Death Eaters and is nearly violated and killed due to a lot of them wanting to pay her back over things she wrote about them over the years. Harry, who is seperated from the group stumbles across the scene and saves Rita from a horrible fate. (Crouch Jr stole Draco's wand instead of Harry's due to a difference in seating so he casts the Dark Mark with that wand.) Harry then gets Rita to safety. During the time afterward while the clean up is happening, Harry helps the shaken Rita by distracting her with conversation. From this a friendship forms and gets Rita more interested in the person behind the fame. After they go their seperate ways, she begins an investigation into Harry's life out of curiousity and learns of both his horrible home life and the rumors about the goings on at Hogwarts, leading to more and more interesting tales than even she could have ever dreamed of and many many stories to tell. And thanks to Harry's kindness and saving her, she begins to become a more serious journalist again like she was years ago when she was optomistic and hopeful she could be an intrepid journalist, exposing truth and corruption, championing good causes with integrity that sort of thing. But working for the Prophet and the propaganda machine it turned out to be turned her bitter and cynical while grinding her down until she eventually gave up her old dream. Plus everything that happened during and immediately after the 1st British Wizarding Civil War (as I call the war from the Books) didn't help this outlook. The truth, as they say, is often even stranger than fiction. And the more and more she dives into the truth, the more and more danger is revealed. After learning what she knows and not doing her usual stuff, the prophet drops her. But Harry uses his wealth to fund the creation of his own paper/magazine etc with Rita as his new editor and publicist from a hidden location known only to contracted employees allowing her to print the stories that the Prophet would never have let her do. Never fuck with a journalist who knows about a lot of the skeletons in your closet. And Harry can suprise her (and everyone else) by inviting her to the Yule Ball as his date. ----------------------------- A Rita redemption story could be intresting. As for the relationship angle, the author could make her sub to Harry but dom towards others. In addition to working with Harry makes her feel hopeful and optimistic about being a journalist again. Maybe even found a new Newspaper and with her as the editor. I could see it due to how stressful her job is and having to put up a boss bitch front all the time to keep from getting eaten alive in that enviroment especially with the old politics involved. Harry would just help her let go of all that stress and just enjoy herself. Something like during 3rd/4th year onward, Draco neglects Pansy and doesn't take her on dates, doesn't try anything romantic for her, and is constantly unkind toward her. (Or alternatively doesn't ask her to the yule ball or anything like the above and even pays more attention to other girls than her while she's sitting right next to him, etc) She's feeling lonely, unappreciated, and generally down and Harry stumbles upon her crying in a seculed part of Hogsmeade, an empty classroom, the owlery, the kitchens, etc. Even though he isn't supposed to be there (or is past crefew in the case of the castle) and their past animosity, he takes a chance and comforts her, and convinces her to let him take her on a secret date through hogsmeade or exploring the castle. Pansy is pleasantly suprised that she enjoy's herself and Harry's company immensely and afterwards starts changing after realizing that Harry Potter, a half-blood and a person she was supposed to think of as lesser, treated her better than her supposed boyfriend and an example of a rich pureblood wizard. Harry is just as rich but doesn't feel the need to flaunt it or act like a peacock, he's secure in his wealth. Harry is strong in Magic, and above all makes her feel good about herself and didn't make her feel less about herself. So she asks if they could do this again and thus starts the path to Pansy's growth. Pansy becomes drawn to him and ends up changing because of it because she begins to doubt a lot of things she's been taught. She doesn't join in on Draco's antics, she becomes much more open to those she was taught she was never to associate with and as she spends more time with Harry the more she realizes he'd much better husband material. And in many ways she also helps him as well. Basically, Harry steals away Draco's girl just by being treating her kindly and effortlessly more romantic than her boyfriend without even meaning to and she in turn learns that to question what she's been taught and from it becomes a better person and that Draco and a lot of the Slytherin males around her age are either morons or arseholes with an inflated sense of their importance. So she's ends up breaking up with Draco and trying to start up new friendships elsewhere while mending bridges due to her past behavior.

While trying to prepare himself for the tasks, he finds a book that explains a ritual to make everyone around him agree with anything he says or make anyone more agreeable with his point of view. It could be that the magic works but he gets carried away when nobody objects to him kissing Fleur or Hermoine in the middle of breakfast and the girls are even enthusiastic about it. Another option is for the magic to work without his concious effort but making it so the girls he is attracted to start undressing and expressing their complete devotion to him without anyone else caring and even cheering him on.

It would end with them happily married in the future with lots of kids.

Katie decides to be passive aggressive right back and sets up a redo of the contest between her, Angelina, Alicia, and Fleur that was mentioned in Katie’s Revenge, with pictures sent to Cormac spelled so only he can see them. Maybe anyone else looking sees something embarrassing or illegal.

He expected her to do something. Scoff. Be offended. Smack him even. When nothing happened he turned back to her to see her reading along as if he hadn’t said anything. “It’s about time you noticed Harry.” This is a story about how Hermione teases Harry in the lead up to not just the first task but up until the Yule Ball. She flashes him when no one else is around. Holds her hand uncomfortably high on his thigh during meals. Gives him gifts in the form of her knickers she just pulled off in the middle of the corridor. And it all comes to a head after the Ball when she finally lets him release all the pent up sexual frustration.
