Glad that you are feeling better! You take Care & Keep on Rocking!

You would Definitely have to put a set limit on the Number of people & almost hey Shirley have to arrange to have it done thru a travel agent! Of’ Course, while it might raise funds. It would also most likely interfere with the pleasure and freedom to just set your own schedule & do as you please are you are here!

I as I said I know that it was Likely just so much ‘Pie in the sky’; Just a thought/daydream that I couldn’t get out of my mind till I put it down and/or Texted it.

What about it!

That sounds like a crazy idea! :D How would I organize that? People would want to come from all over the world! What I am doing when I travel, is free meet-ups with anyone in the area. Obviously right now that's a bit difficult, but Sammy and I had huge fun doing two meet-ups in Florida and one in Boca Chica! Unforgettable moments and I'll definitely do that again on my next trip to Boca Chica and KSC again! :)

Hey Felix & Mr. Oscuro, You guys mind a tag along? You know, (For say Felix’s Patreon people only or some such limited group,) perhaps you could set up a group tour/travel to Boca Chica. It would be a hassle. (maybe it could be arranged thru a travel agent {probably the only reasonable way,}). People could pay there own transportation cost to and from, also any needed transportation arranged down there to & from or around BC. You could charge enough to pay to bring Felix and any of his people he wanted to bring with him! You could also charge enough to help raise funds for Felix/WAI for whatever they to need to continue to carry on the great work he is doing for all of us. You could possibly make arrangements and charge more to meet with Boca Chica gal, Mauricio/RGV and anyone else you thought might be interested. Charge more for meeting them and that way you could raise some more funds to help them out with what they are doing for all of us as well. The work they do, helping to keep us all in the know of what is going on! If we’re Lucky maybe we could be there when there doing some testing or some such. I am sure by next Spring or Fall things will be pretty much hopping down there with the way Musk is pushing things! I know that this is all Most Likely just Pie in the Sky thinking & that the cost might just be unrealistic. Still it would be great to raise some funds for Felix/WAI & the others. I know I’d Love it and to meet Felix and the others and know I was helping them all out while having what would probably be one great time and experience! I’ve traveled a bit around the world & Europe and I am sure this would rank right up there with any of those trips. To make this more reasonable and easier to handle you could limit it to a set number of people. Have them sign up on a list those who were interested and then have them pay a down up front up to the limited number of people that you thought could be reasonable handled (first pay first go), with the rest payed up within, say three(3 or so) months before the trip. I know I’m just out of my mind, but I just couldn’t stop thinking about it until I had wrote/texted it down. Now You can go on with your lives. You all take Care - You All Rock👍🚀

We NEED to do this again, Sammy! I am missing it so much! Maybe next year, same time? :D

A few thoughts: wondering how much water would be used for each SH/SS launch. How big would the water tower need to be to accommodate multiple launches per day? Where is the water (I assume fresh, not sea) coming from, how long would it take to fill the water tower, assuming it empties after each launch? Also, given the local environment, what would dumping all that water do given how near sea level BC is? I realize lots of the water would be vaporized, but a lot would be run off. Perhaps it could be possible to design the launch area such that any run-off could be collected and re-used? Just a thought, don't know if that's even feasible. Really enjoy the show, good to have something positive to watch given all the current madness. Auf wiedersehen für jetzt.

Great Episode Felix! The ideas suggested were very plausible and inspiring. As I watched the video clip I wondered about how important it is to increase production of launch sites here before doing so on the Moon and Mars. There will be differences between here and off Earth of course but at least the overlapping commonalities can be ironed out and focus placed on differences such as dust filtering, and density adjustments (if applicable). Boca Chica has hurricane risks and I wonder how a few billion dollars may address mitigation of associated problems. What comes to mind here with hurricanes is evaporation control of the top layer of ocean water, wind/tidal barriers, and use of boring tunnels in and out of the launch site. Boring/Build&cover tunnels that span between staging areas for commerce and launching are another consideration for practice before attempting off Earth.

Thank Felix for taking us through the journey. With so much happening since we were in Boca Chica in March 2020 another Road Trip is definitely on the cards when the world sorts its self out. 🚀 A special shout out to Nick & Casper for their fabulous animations for WAI, they both Rock 🤩

Hey Dave, on these days I just tend to close a lot of tabs on my browser and continue my next script. After all, talking and speculating about these things is how we figure it out, right? I don't want to come back in a few months/years to see, how SpaceX did it all. That's not me. That's not What about it!? :)

Hey Felix! I never thought it was just a water tower but maybe a crane. That question is now answered. Good speculation on site configurations, we'll just have to come back to find out what the final product looks like.
