Personally, I'd just start the bulk - even if it's "only 90% optimal", after the book comes out and you take the time to read it, you can adjust accordingly. The basics can't be all that different from what we get in the forums and blog, and the most important bit is having the basics down.

Thanks for the response Marco. I'm going to continue with cut training regimen, but bump my calories up on training days so that my weekly average is around where I'm estimating my maintenance should be. When the book releases I'll transition to bulk. I'm suspecting that the routine may have significant changes based on the description of the book for presale. I *think* it said something about training for only 2 hours weekly. I feel like that's not possible with currently available 4x patreon bulk program - not at my commercial gym anyway.

Hi Vai - I wouldn’t wait. Why dont you just eat at calorie surplus recommeonded in Patreon routine and either follow the training program for a couple weeks and adjust if necessary when the book comes out, or stick with RPT cut routine and add an extra set per movement. Better that, than waiting imo.

Martin, Last week marked the end of my cut. I had planned to start the RPT patreon bulk program today. Should I wait for the book to start my bulk? Ie, will recommendations/protocols have changed in a significant way? Thanks
