If you have already joined, you will see "kitsune no oheya" in the "Available Servers" section.
If you access the "Membership" tab, you will find a link to link to the Discord.

When you click "Connect to Discord", the following pop-up will appear.
Log in with the Discord account you want to link to and press "Authenticate".
(If you want to switch to a different account, click the "Are you a different person?" link).
I think you can probably join the server now.

すでに参加している場合は、「利用可能なサーバー」セクションに「kitsune no oheya」が表示されます。
「メンバーシップ」タブにアクセスすると、Discordへのリンクがあります。

「Discordに接続」をクリックすると以下のポップアップが表示されます。
連携したいDiscordアカウントでログインし、「認証」を押します。
(別のアカウントに切り替える場合は、[別の人ですか?] リンクをクリックしてください)。
おそらくこれでサーバーに参加できると思います。
