Work on the painting began in 1995 with oil paints by my mother. Only now, in 2022, have I finished it and it has the final effect. The message is a metaphor of a modern social media girl.
We tried to combine two contemporary styles, modernist and pop art, and use them at the same time. The first stage, made in 1995, was made in oil technique, with the use of tempera, on a board. The second stage is the application of acrylic paints and markers with the use of varnish at the end.
