September Thing: Podcast From Another World

This is a weird hybrid of improv and tabletop role-playing, heavily inspired by the Hello From the Magic Tavern podcast. In it, you sit down and pretend to be doing a podcast from a fantasy world, posting the audio to the internet via a shaky wi-fi signal through a portal.
I need to do more playtesting, but it's been a lot of fun so far, and the playtests have helped me do some important refinements. The improv element has made it so that it's been very important to lay out the procedures of play, in a way that doesn't typically come up in more traditional RPG design. I also started working on some alternate settings for the game (not nearly done enough to include here), which is making me think that at some point I want to crowdfund the game and get people to create more settings.
