Like werewolf time is at least modern enough for smartphones to exist, while the vampire queen time seems to be at least before electricity was a widespread technology, since they still mainly use gas lamps and fireplaces. Also the general societal views that are depicted support werewolf being the modern day (2010s+) and the vampire queen being pre 1900s. But what do I know, they are fictional characters in worlds were vampires and werewolves exist, so who knows really.
