Apothecary F4TF Episode 2 - SCRIPT

Below you will find the script for episode #2 of the F4TF Apothecary series if any of my lovely trans patreons would like to give it a quick sensitivity read? If you'd like to comment about anything but don't want to out yourself please always feel free to private message me as well. 

Apart from that it's a little sneak peek into what my scripts look like! This is what I read aloud while I'm recording, though I'll admit I've cleaned this particular script up a lot more than normal!

And please forgive any spelling errors, despite being a professional author it's not my strong suit.

EPISODE 2

Door bell.

Darling!! Hello, lovely to see you. I have presents. Come come come.

You look good today. I’m sure you look good everyday, I mean you look a little brighter than the last time I saw you. There's a bit more pep in your step.

Good, I'm glad to hear it.

Now let me close the store, you shall have my undivided attention.  I have your order ready. Soooo…

We have the elixir for a little more growth in the chest department, and I've got all the instructions on a little scroll with each bottle so no need to worry. And thiiiiiiis is from my lovely witch friend Mariah, I reached out to her about your concerns about your voice so she whipped something up for you.

She did tell me though, quite strictly, that I was to read out the side effects so ahem.

One drop in a cup of water per day for three months. Do not consume for longer than three months, even if there is still elixir left over. That part is underlined so… take note.

Do not consume more than one drop per day. If you forget to take your daily dose, do not double dose the next day and extend the three month period only by the number of days missed.

Breath.

Effects will be a semi permanent rise in voice pitch. Further treatments may be needed down the line for maintenance, HOWEVER, the voice will not be able to go back to previous pitch without intervention.

Side effects include a loss of volume to the voice, and a tight feeling in the throat which will last longer than the three month period of taking the elixir.

Tell your patient I said hello,

So, that considered, would you still like the elixir to help with your voice? Alrighty then. Yes it should have a bit more kick than just some voice lessons. Some side effects too, but you’re a big girl you know what you’re doing.

I’ve got new soaps in as well, they’re mint! They’re divine.

Don’t touch those purple candles though, darling, they have mugwort in them and I know you're allergic.

Well of course I remembered. You’re a customer. I care about my customers. I don’t want you having a reaction to something. Besides, I do like you just in general as well.

I told you I’m incapable of lying. Trust me people know when I don’t like them, I’m rather forthright about it.

And after all, I saved you the best of the little bags. That has to count for something.

A question? Yes, what’s your question? Anything for wider hips? Hmmm. Do I have anything for widening hips?

Thinking.

I don’t think I’ve been asked for that before. For the meantime you can always do what women have done for forever and use some padding, undergarments are miraculous things. But for something more permanent…. I’ll have to do some research darling. It’s in that little grey area where I may need to call on Mariah again.

I guess that means you’ll have to come back and see me again. What a shame.

I know it’s almost like I want to see you more often.

Hmm. Well If I wanted to be very crafty about seeing you more often, I could offer you a job here. I need an assistant. I’m getting to the point where I need an extra set of hands around the place, even for a day or two a week.

Ah see, so shrewd, I knew you had a sharp brain in that pretty head of yours. I can offer you three copper pieces for every day worked. And I’m sure I could throw in some discounts on any future orders you may have.

Oh no this isn’t an act of charity, it’s entirely selfish, I assure you. Well because I want to get to know you better, but the problem is I am constantly at work, so…. Employing you would seem to solve that problem.

Five copper pieces. Oooh, you do drive a hard bargain. How about four copper pieces and for today I’ll throw one of those lovely mint soaps into your bag?

We have a deal? How excellent.

(quietly) If you don’t want the job you don’t have to take it…

Perhaps you're the one being charitable to me? The mad woman that brews all these lotions and potions. Well. I’m glad…

But do know I won’t be offended if you end up saying it’s not the right job for you. Well alright.

Oh worrying is half my personality, darling, that’s why I got into this business, to ease other people’s worries even if I couldn’t ease my own. But here. Here is your little bag, complete with your mint soap.

What if someone what? Oh what if someone doesn’t like you serving them. Then you come and get me and I will shove my boot up their backside and kick them out onto the street.
