How did Bane know Bruce was Batman? The same way Ras al Ghul did. A masked vigilante using the fighting style and tactics of the League of Shadows? Using equipment that cost millions of dollars? There was really only one person the Batman could be. I think Bane knew all about Batman before he even revealed himself again, he just didn't move against him while Bruce was holed up in his mansion.
