I think a lot of it is strange imagery rather than a straight forward story, at least on this track. "Troglodyte, i might split the blinds I'm like Vincent Van with that instant rice I write crypograms at all waking hours Tattoo the mail and the paper towels" I interpret as he is living like a caveman/hermit, peeking through the blinds living on shitty food like instant rice that he dresses up with random food and sauce and shit all artistically like Vincent Van Gough, writing lyrics and versus all day compulsively on mail envelopes, paper towels and things. But he's already like 10 lines after before you have time to figure out what the fuck he's trying to say
